Roberta Fulton Fox and Myron M. Gold have practiced law together as the leaders of their law firm for over thirty years. Since its inception, their partnership has concentrated its efforts in the areas of family law and marital litigation, civil litigation including personal injury and products liability and all areas involving disputes between employers and employees.

Mr. Gold has recently become of counsel to the firm where he serves as an actively engaged lawyer enmeshed in the practice of law.
While Ms. Fox leads the firm's interests and activities in community activism, Mr. Gold has assisted persons charged with so-called white collars crimes and has engaged in other aspects of criminal defense work. He also took the lead in involving the firm in Democrat Party Politics during the Carter and Clinton administrations. Ms. Fox spent ten years in the Florida Legislature where she worked on issues relating to families, pari-mutuels, labor law, and business regulation. Her state senate legislative work has been recognized internationally and nationally in addition to accolades from Florida citizens. The primary partners have taken their commitment to community seriously and have encouraged other firm members and participants to make contributions to the community while engaged in an active trial practice.
The firm has prosecuted complex employment litigation including Title VII and ERISA actions as well as complex financial matters and asset valuation in contested dissolution of marriage actions and custody lawsuits including international custodial disputes. It has provided outstanding services to persons who require legal and financial advice about severance packages and retirement rights upon departure from employment. The firm prides itself on legally and personally helping employees and people recover from the difficulties that employment conflicts or departure from employment or injury can cause for an employee and a family.

Mediation and Arbitration Services
In 2004, our law firm made the decision to provide mediation and arbitration services and joined the ranks of professional mediators practicing in Florida and through out the southeast United States. Personnel from the firm who offer mediation are certified pursuant to Florida Statues. The firm provides full service dispute resolution. Certified mediators employed by the firm have extensive legal knowledge, have been trained in accordance with statutory certification requirements, and are skilled in resolution dispute techniques.
Our arbitrators are qualified according to Florida statutes.
In consultation with personnel from Mediation Plus, LLC certified mediators CPA’s and certified mediator MSW’s are also available to assist clients in reaching comprehensive and lasting solutions to their respective legal disputes. Mediation and arbitration services are available at the main office or certified mediators will travel upon request to the offices of the representatives of the parties who wish to mediate.
We provide mediation and arbitration services in a warm, competent and friendly setting conducive to resolution in lieu of litigation.
